Mindfulnessis paying attention, completely, to what is happening in the present, within
your body, mind and surroundings, without judging it as good or bad. I use the
word Wayquite liberally.
Philosophically, in Japan Way is called Dō, in Chinese Tao, in Buddhism Dharma, in Christianity the principles of proper
living, and in Eastern thought it`s described as phenomena, truth and order. In presentations, I refer to the Way as personal transformation
in communication, inspiration and heartfulness. Mindful movement and meditation are practiced. Stress is decreased, relationships are more authentic and self-expression is
confident, joyful and exemplary.
