the Way of Mindful Speech

Mindfulness is paying attention, completely, to what is happening in the present, within your body, mind and surroundings, without judging it as good or bad. I use the word Way quite liberally. Philosophically, in Japan Way is called Dō, in Chinese Tao, in Buddhism Dharma, in Christianity the principles of proper living, and in Eastern thought it`s described as phenomena, truth and order. In presentations, I refer to the Way as personal transformation in communication, inspiration and heartfulness. Mindful movement and meditation are practiced.  Stress is decreased, relationships are more authentic and self-expression is confident, joyful and exemplary.
